The Washington State Early Learning Partnership includes the Department of Early Learning (DEL), the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), and Thrive Washington (Thrive), the Washington State Department of Health (Health), and the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). The five entities work together to make our state’s 10-year Early Learning Plan a reality.

Each year, the Partnership members choose strategies from the Early Learning Plan as priorities for the year. The Partnership members meet regularly throughout the year to share information and make joint decisions.
