STARS Approved Trainings

The trainings listed below are STARS approved and address the topics of healthy eating, physical activity, breastfeeding support and screen time reduction.

The four FREE online modules below were developed by the University of Washington Center for Public Health Nutrition:

Penn State University and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have partnered to create six Let’s Move! Child Care (LMCC) training modules. The free online training modules provide practical strategies for implementing best practices in early care and education (ECE) settings for promoting healthy weight in young children.
